New clients must first book a consultation only. Please arrive with your hair undone and tangle-free of previous styling to ensure a prompt start to your appointment.

If detangling or takedown services are needed, please add them during booking.

Please limit extra guests due to limited space.

We do not service children under the age of 15.

A card on file is required to book and will only be charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

All clients are given a firm 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals may result in adjustments to services to remain within the allotted timeframe.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the services booked.

All fees must be paid prior to rebooking.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of all services booked.
